We’re inviting guests to enjoy the market and find presents for friends and family. Bring products they’ll be excited to give, or keep for themselves.
Time to browse and talk
Food, live music and places to sit give guests reasons to stay. You’ll have the opportunity to explain what you make, answer questions and help someone choose.
Reach the international community
Meet foreign residents from across the Silver Coast and beyond. For some visitors, the market could be their first introduction to your business.
Your products won’t be competing with identical stalls
We’re selecting vendors so there is no product overlap on the day. Tell us what you plan to bring so we can make sure each stall offers something different.
Get introduced before the market
Every accepted vendor will be promoted on our social media ahead of the event, helping visitors get to know your business before they arrive.

Makers and gift sellers
Help our guests find a Christmas present they’ll be pleased to give. Tell us about your products, what makes them special and the range you’d like to bring.
Food
Bring a taste of your country, your family recipes or your kitchen to the market. We’re interested in smaller dishes and portions that let guests try different flavours as they explore.
Drinks
Would you like to serve drinks at the market? Tell us what you offer and how you would set up on the day.
Workshops and experiences
Have an idea for something guests could make, try or take part in? Tell us how it would work, who it’s for and what you would need.
Food & drink vendors
Food and drink businesses will be required to meet the applicable licensing, registration and food-safety requirements. Full participation requirements will be included in the vendor information pack.

Open your vendor portal
Enter your email and follow the access link we send you. New applicants and returning vendors use the same portal — no password or preliminary form needed.
Complete your application
Choose the application that fits your business, tell us what you’d like to bring, then review and submit your answers. Your progress is saved, so you can return later.
We’ll review it and be in touch
We’ll review your application and check for product overlap. If we can offer you a place, we’ll agree the stall details, fees and participation requirements with you before you confirm.
Applying is free and doesn’t commit you to taking a stall. Your place is only confirmed once we’ve agreed the details with you.
